These terms cover the basics of using Axidian — your account, your subscription, what's expected of you, and what you can expect from us. By creating an account or using the platform, you're agreeing to these terms.
By signing up for, accessing, or using Axidian (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using Axidian on behalf of an agency, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for that agency.
Axidian is a software platform for insurance agencies covering recruiting, onboarding, production tracking, commissions, leadership tools, and communications (calling and texting). Features available to you depend on your subscription tier.
We may add, change, or remove features over time as the platform evolves. We'll do our best to give notice ahead of any change that meaningfully reduces functionality you're actively using.
Dialer and texting features are billed separately from your subscription, based on actual usage (calls and texts sent), passed through at cost via Twilio. This is metered billing tied to your own phone number, not a flat fee bundled into your subscription price.
You agree not to:
Client records, production data, and other business information you or your agency enter into Axidian belong to you and your agency — not to Axidian. We store and process it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent and legal basis to store and process any client information within the platform.
Axidian owns all right, title, and interest in the platform itself — including its software, source code, design, workflows, recruiting-funnel formulas, promotion-path logic, achievement systems, and the Axidian name and brand. Using the platform does not transfer any ownership of these to you.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or recreate any part of the platform's design, features, or underlying methods.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or where payment is significantly overdue. Where reasonably possible, we'll provide notice before termination.
Axidian is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the platform reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axidian is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email before taking effect. Continued use of Axidian after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Axidian's parent business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
