This explains what information Axidian collects, why, and how it's protected. We've tried to write it in plain language — the short version is: we collect what's needed to run the platform for your agency, we never sell your data, and you're always in control of your own account.
We collect information you provide directly, information generated by using the platform, and limited information from the third-party services we rely on to operate.
Billing is handled entirely through Stripe. Axidian does not store your full card number — Stripe processes and stores payment details under their own security standards (PCI-DSS compliant).
Basic technical data like browser type, device type, and general usage patterns, collected to keep the platform reliable and to fix bugs.
We do not sell your personal information or your agency's business data to third parties, ever.
Axidian is built on a small number of trusted infrastructure providers, each handling a specific part of the platform:
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices and security certifications. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function — for example, Twilio only sees the phone numbers and message content needed to place a call or send a text, not your full client database.
Your data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure with row-level security policies controlling access. All connections to the platform use HTTPS encryption. AI-powered features route through a secure backend — API keys are never exposed in your browser.
No system is 100% immune to risk, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your information and continuously review our security practices as the platform grows.
If you're part of an agency using Axidian, your agency owner and designated admins may have visibility into your production, activity, and account data as part of normal team management — the same way a sales manager would see their team's CRM activity in any business software.
Data belonging to one agency is never visible to another agency using the platform. Each agency's data is isolated from every other agency's data.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, or business record-keeping obligations. If your agency's subscription ends, your data remains accessible for export for a limited period before being archived or deleted.
Axidian is a business platform intended for licensed insurance professionals and is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 18.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Meaningful changes will be communicated through the platform or by email before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
